Delivery takes 4 to 6 business days across Europe, the UK, the US, and the Middle East, and up to 9 elsewhere. Shipping is free over €150, with taxes and duties covered. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 20 days, while EU, EEA, and UK orders carry a 14-day right of withdrawal with full refund. Manufacturing or material defects are repaired at no cost.
