Mala Cider 2021

Elegant Peach & Honey Mala is a cider. Named for the latin word for "apple" and a music producer named Mala. 90% apples with a little quince and riesling. Use a pied de cuve for 1st fermentation, rested for a year in the tank, and 2nd fermentation in the bottle. Light and fresh with a honeysuckle finish.
