Take the kid-powered elevator to the second floor, where there's a choice of exit paths: Speed down the ramp through the side exit or hit the stop-sign diverter to exit out the ground-floor door. Pull up on the Hot Wheels sign to reveal the lookout station. Cars can park here until called to action and keep watch over Hot Wheels City through the translucent red and blue windows.
