This comes from the Jim McEwan's Celtic Heartlands series, which is a brand of independent Scotch whiskies, selected from other distilleries by former Bruichladdich master distiller, Jim McEwan, and bottled by Murray McDavid. This first release was introduced in 2002 and the final batch of bottlings launched in 2010. This particular expression was bottled in 2008 after 33 years in a Bourbon cask. This selection comes in a beautiful glass decanter bearing the Gaelic symbol of the "Birds of Friendship". The glass carafe is firmly embedded in a noble black lacquered chest with hinge and bar, which is lined with golden yellow satin. On the back of the glass carafe is an original autograph by Jim McEwan. This product is located in the United Kingdom.
