Fazenda Esperança is run by the infamous Bruno de Souza, a pioneer of Brazilian specialty coffee. Located in Cerrado Mineiro, the farm innovates by separating varieties and experimenting with processing techniques. Producing high-quality coffee since 1978, Esperança dries its coffee naturally on shaded concrete patios or African beds without machines, slow-drying the cherries to enhance overall quality.
