Pre-drilling: Often recommended, especially near the edges of the WPC boards, to prevent splitting. Use a drill bit slightly larger than the screw diameter. Countersinking the holes can also minimize chip build-up around the screw head. Screw Angle: Drive screws in at a 90-degree angle to the cladding surface for optimal holding power.
