Smoked Sablefish Spread

Made in collaboration with Salmonberry Commons, our delicious creamy spread contains Tre-Fin smoked Sablefish (also known as Black Cod), cream cheese, lemon juice & zest, celery, chives, spices, Salmonberry Farm Espelette pepper flakes, Jacobsen pure flake sea salt. Spread it on crackers, bagels or bread, use it as a dip for vegetables or bagel chips, fold it into scrambled eggs. It goes well everywhere we've tried it . . . Available fresh at our Fish Market in Ilwaco as a cafe item or as take home as 8-ounce container. Pickup locations outside of Ilwaco or shipped (as part of an order of $45 or more) options come frozen.
