Week 5: Kitchen Chemistry: Edible Experiments & Fizzy Reactions [Summer 26 NYC]

Science has never tasted this good! Campers dive into food-based experiments that explore states of matter, density, and chemical reactions. They'll make density towers, edible polymers, and turn liquids into ice cream, all while learning the science behind food. The week wraps up with a Pop-Up Science Café, where kids sample their discoveries. Note: While we try our best to accommodate food allergies, this week is not recommended for campers with severe food allergies.
