MAVAL rack and pinions come turn-key ready for installation. They include, re-certified or new inner tie-rod ends, new bellows, fasteners, and the replacement of seals and O-rings. Pinion valves are performance tested and the unit's electronic solenoids are performance verified. In addition, all MAVAL remanufactured rack and pinions are centered before leaving the test stand, reducing install time. Each rack and pinion have the MAVAL part number etched into the housing as well as a serial number for traceability.
