$100 deposit for picnic rental, due at the time of pickup. Refunded in full when the basket, plates, and cutlery are returned intact. Deposit is partially or fully forfeited if: Return is after close of business on the next open day: 50% of deposit withheld Items are missing or damaged: charged at replacement cost, up to the full deposit Basket is not returned within 5 days of your pickup date: full deposit forfeited and basket considered sold What should be returned: Picnic basket Picnic tote bag Cooler insert Plates and cutlery (unwashed) Cup x2 Plate x2 Fork x2 Knife x2 Spoon x2 Plates and cutlery case
