Quail Town Modular Quail Grow-Out Cage Raise Coturnix quail in a heavy-duty modular grow-out cage with a welded aluminum stacking frame, flat PVC-coated wire floor, automatic waterer and guarded feeder. Designed for growing birds and for housing adult male or standard-size quail. Grow-Out Cage Features Each cage includes a 1/2-inch x 1-inch black PVC-coated wire floor, an automatic waterer with 1.5 feet of black tubing, and an aluminum feed trough with guards. The 18-inch x 26-inch rust-resistant aluminum litter pan is 1.125 inches tall and can hold parchment liners, silicone mats or litter. The cage top, back and sides use heavy 14-gauge 1-inch x 2-inch galvanized steel wire; the flat floor is 16-gauge PVC-coated wire. A smooth hybrid plastic front aligns with 22 feeder-guard openings to help reduce wasted feed. Cage Capacity Up to 24 three-week-old quail, 20 four-week-old quail, 16 five-week-old quail, 12 jumbo adults or 14 standard-size adults. Actual stocking should account for bird size, behavior and husbandry conditions. Cage Dimensions Cage only: 8 inches high x 26 inches wide x 18 inches deep. With aluminum frame and feed trough: 12 inches high x 29 inches wide x 20 inches deep. Stacked or inserted into legs: 11 inches tall. Door opening: 8.5 inches wide x 6 inches tall.
