It has creamy aromas of ripe fruits like apple, pear, peach and melon with fine hints of lemon. It is soft yet has a lively acidity. Vinification: Hand picking. A . The red grapes are gently pressed to avoid coloring of the white juice through mechanical treatment of the skins where the color is situated. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Soil: Slate and greywacke decomposition stone. Drinking recommendation: This wine pairs perfectly with asparagus, fish, fresh salads, seafood and many other starters and light dishes.
