Pink grapefruit, mango and nectarine jump straight out of the glass. For this beer, we built the recipe around a very specific Manilita hop lot from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. Harvested from the A1 blocks of their Nelson Lakes farm at exactly the right moment, this lot stood out for its exceptional intensity and freshness. The result is a bright burst of grapefruit, ripe stonefruit and tropical character that feels incredibly vibrant and expressive. Cashmere layers in soft citrus and melon, while Cascade adds a classic grapefruit lift that keeps everything crisp and refreshing. A special hop lot given the spotlight it deserves.
