External Rotary Milking System – Designed for commercial dairy farms and large family farms milking approximately 250 to 2,000 cows. Excellent Cow Traffic – An innovative entrance lane and open-concept platform design encourage smooth and efficient cow entry. V-Shaped Entrance Fence – Helps make cow entry easier, maximizes stall utilization and reduces the need to slow or stop the platform for slower cows. Enhanced Cow Safety – An entrance security system automatically stops the rotary if a cow enters too slowly and is not completely positioned on the platform. Improved Operator Safety – Offset upper and lower rear rails help prevent kicks while supporting proper cow positioning and excellent udder access. Ergonomic Working Environment – Provides straight operator positioning, clear visibility of udders and teats and convenient access to automation displays and rotary controls. Heavy-Duty Platform Construction – The rotary operates on circular double I-beams with custom-designed nylon rollers that require no lubrication. Integrated Cabinet at Every Stall – Low-profile galvanized cabinets house automation components, controls, cylinders, displays and the jetter tray while supporting hygiene and operator ergonomics. Adjustable Electric Drive System – Platform speed can be easily adjusted according to the milking routine, with controls for speed up, slow down, stop and reverse. Automatic & Manual Controls – Rotary functions can be controlled automatically or manually, providing flexibility for different milking requirements. Optional Full Platform Skirt – Available in plastic or upgraded stainless steel to help keep equipment cleaner, drier, protected and easier to clean. Optional Second Turn System – Allows selected cows to remain on the rotary for an additional rotation when further milking or operator attention is required.
