Alma Non Dosato "Assemblage 1" offers the purest, most vibrant expression of Bellavista’s new Alma collection. It brings together Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from 30 vineyards across Franciacorta, complemented by a selection of reserve Chardonnay wines from the 2019 vintage. The absence of dosage allows the wine’s natural freshness, precision and sense of place to shine through, while partial ageing in small oak barrels (pièces) adds depth and complexity. After approximately 30 months on the lees, the result is a lively, beautifully focused Franciacorta, with notes of citrus, flowers and Mediterranean herbs, together with a distinctive mineral character that carries through to the long, refreshing finish.
