Roll up your sleeves. The night before Shabbat, we're handing you an apron. Join Micah Siva — trained chef, registered dietitian, and author of NOSH: Plant Forward Recipes Celebrating Modern Jewish Cuisine — and NOOISH founder Sarah Nathan in the ECDI Food Fort kitchen for a hands-on cooking class. You'll cook Micah's recipes right alongside her, learn the techniques behind her plant-forward Jewish cooking, and help prep the very dishes that land on Friday night's Shabbat table. Cocktails in hand, dessert to finish. No experience necessary. Come as you are, leave with recipes, a few new tricks, a one-of-a-kind Meema apron, and the very good feeling of having helped make tomorrow's dinner.
