Grape Variety Merlot Region of Origin Numerous vineyard plots cultivated by us in the Lugano wine-growing region. Processing/Viticulture Gentle pressing of whole grapes without prior crushing to minimize color extraction from the skins. Followed by settling and clarification. Temperature-controlled fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in stainless steel and wooden barrels for approximately 6 months. Bottling follows filtration. Color Pale, delicate yellow with slight greenish hues. Aroma Intense, refined, and fruity, with subtle exotic notes; fresh and pleasant. Taste Harmonious and elegant. A wine focused on developing fruity aromas with a medium structure. It delights with its pleasant character and leaves a slight acidity on the palate—a trait typical of Merlot vinified as a white wine. Its organoleptic qualities show good persistence. Aging Potential 2–3 years Food Pairing Ideal simply as an aperitif, but also pairs excellently with first courses and white meat. Serving Temperature 6°C – 8°C
