Cake Care Our cakes never contain any gelatine or preservatives unless stated. Cakes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery but will keep fresh for at least 3 days from delivery when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Never place your cake in direct sunlight or near a heat source — like any of us in the heat, it will get hot and bothered and start to melt! Returns Our cakes are lovingly baked to order and cannot be returned unless the cake is faulty. Any concerns must be raised at the point of delivery so our driver can assist. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues reported after delivery. Where a refund is applicable, the full item must be returned as required by law.
