Its sugarloaf lab pink lab sapphire, a cushion with a high, rounded top, sits between gold leaves dotted with tiny lab pink lab sapphires. Held securely by the hinge inside the Dome, the charm drapes down and rests on top of your skin. Change the charm and you have a whole new look.The charm fits the connector on every Dome we make; the Dome is sold separately. This is solid gold, not plated: 10k yellow or rose, 14k yellow or rose, or 18k yellow with its higher gold purity. Each charm is made in Canada, one at a time. It's X-ray tested in-house before it ships and comes with a certificate of exactly what's in it. It's also made in 14k white gold or platinum, and sold with its own Dome as the Sugar Baby set.
