Stamped with pattern number 611 1/2L SS, the blade material is Tru-Sharp Surgical Stainless Steel with a mirror-polished finish. The handle is smooth Dark Red Bone with a Nickel Silver Diamond XX Inlay shield. The bolsters are highly-polished XX Engraved Nickel Silver.
