Our new, beautiful, hand crafted carbon steel mini wok skillet is perfect for sauteing and frying all your favourite treats. Excellent heat distribution for even cooking. It arrives pre seasoned for a non stick surface, easy to clean, and designed to last a lifetime. Hand made in Canada. Free of teflon and forever chemicals. Stovetop, Oven, and Bbq safe. Color varies from blue to brown to black. Material is 12 gauge (0.104) carbon steel throughout. 0.25 thick carbon steel handle for extra rigidity and fantastic feel in the hand. Weighs roughly 1770 grams. Handle is hand riveted with 1/4 rivets for extra strength.
