Cartier’s Juste un Clou bracelet in the small model, 18k yellow gold, size 17, with diamonds at both ends. The head is a flat round disc, its edge set with a single row of round brilliants that circle the full rim. The tip tapers to a point, and the last stretch of it is pave down to the very end. Twenty round brilliant-cut diamonds in all, 0.18 carats total — small stones, tightly set, meant to catch light where the eye lands rather than cover the piece in it.
