Yellowstone Carrot

This unusual golden yellow carrot has great flavour and crispness raw – adding lovely colour to salads or cooked where it retains its colour. The subtle sweetness of this heirloom variety makes it perfect for eating fresh, juicing, roasting, stir fried or gently par boiled. These carrots will be mature in about 75 days but can be left in the ground longer. It is slightly tapered with smooth skin and excellent texture and shows some carrot fly tolerance.
