POWRIG USB-C PD to BP-U Dummy Battery Power Cable

Modernize Your Cinema Rig with USB-C Power Delivery Step away from bulky proprietary battery systems and streamline your camera kit with the POWRIG USB-C PD to BP-U Dummy Battery Power Cable. Engineered for run-and-gun filmmakers, documentary shooters, and gimbal operators, this cable converts any USB-C PD 3.0 power bank, wall charger, or V-Mount battery with USB-C output into a dedicated 15V continuous power source for Sony cinema cameras and broadcast camcorders. Delivering up to 45W (15V / 3A) of regulated cinema-grade power, it features a fully decoded BP-U emulator that replaces Sony BP-U30, BP-U35, BP-U60, and BP-U90 batteries without causing system errors, power throttling, or random shutdowns. With a smart green LED power indicator built directly into the Type-C housing, you get instant visual confirmation that your power handshake is active and ready to roll. Advanced USB-C PD 3.0 Protocol (45W Max): Smart chip handshakes with 15V USB Power Delivery sources to output a steady, regulated 15V / 3A DC supply, meeting the peak power draw requirements of Sony cinema cameras during 4K high-frame-rate recording. Instant-Read Green LED Status Indicator: Integrated micro-LED lights up green upon a successful PD voltage handshake, allowing instant on-set verification that the power source is active. Fully Decoded BP-U Emulation: 100% decoded circuitry displays exact camera battery voltage and runtime without system incompatibility pop-ups or boot-up failures. Dual Power Source Versatility: Seamlessly power your rig from compact everyday PD power banks (45W+ / 65W+ / 100W) or modern V-Mount / Gold-Mount batteries featuring USB-C bidirectional ports. Flexible Coiled Cable (30–120cm / 11.8"–47.2"): Tangle-free spring wire extends smoothly to accommodate high-mobility gimbal moves, camera cages, and shoulder mounts while eliminating cable snag risks.
