HENOSIS Mushroom Farm Tour Step inside a working gourmet mushroom farm and discover the fascinating world of fungi. During this guided tour of HENOSIS, you’ll go behind the scenes to see how we cultivate specialty mushrooms from substrate to harvest, learn about the hidden world of mycelium, and discover how we’re working toward a regenerative farm where agricultural byproducts become food and our spent mushroom substrate returns to the soil as compost. Along the way, you’ll hear the HENOSIS story and our vision to build a better world from the ground up by reconnecting people with food, fungi, and the natural systems that sustain us. You’ll sample our house-made mushroom jerky, and for an even deeper farm-to-table experience, you can add a mushroom tasting for $10 per guest during booking. Before you leave, you’ll also have an opportunity to shop fresh mushrooms, grow kits, extracts, jerky, compost, and other HENOSIS products. Come curious.
