Orders are processed within 24 hours, and an order placed before 11:00 AM dispatches the same day. Delivery is usually 2–4 business days after dispatch. For a festival, order a week ahead so installation is not rushed. Is cash on delivery available? Yes. COD carries a flat ₹99 fee. The free app connects to the fan over WiFi, and you can send it photos, videos, GIFs and 3D text — a Ganpati image, an aarti clip, a deity photo or your shop logo. Built-in 3D designs are included if you would rather not upload anything. How hard is it to install, and can it run all day? It is a wall mount: two screws and the supplied bracket, about 15 minutes with no technician. It is an LED display with no flame and no heat build-up, so it can run right through the day.
