Macroctenus kingsleyi males
size 4” - 5” males These huge arboreal Ctenidae are from Cameroon and are quite the sight. Beautiful dark purple femurs with a large leg span of up to 6 inches. Give them lots of height and things to hang from when they molt. These spiders where described in 1898 by English arachnologist Frederick Octavius Pickard-Cambridge.
