Watermelon Fermented is built on Darkwolf, our full-bodied dark roast, with 20% of a very different coffee folded in.That coffee comes from Jairo Arcila's Santa Mónica farm in Quindío, Colombia. Ripe Castillo cherries were sealed for 72 hours with real watermelon, then honey processed and sun-dried. No flavourings. Just fruit and time.The result: cotton candy watermelon up front, Darkwolf's nutty body underneath and a strong, clean finish. It's best served cold. Black over ice, it's a hint of watermelon with balanced sweetness and acidity. With milk, it turns into a full watermelon lolly.Limited release. Once it's gone, it's gone.
