Book your custom watch here once you have built it in the Optima watch design studio. Your fee pays for the design work, the watch tech pack and one wearable prototype. We credit the full booking fee against your finished piece or your production order. Which build is yours Standard Build, USD 500 Case: 316L steel or black PVD, round, cushion, tonneau or rectangular, 36 to 44 mm Bezel: plain or fluted, no stones Dial: solid colour in sunray or matte, with batons, Roman or Arabic numerals Functions: date window or small seconds Movement: Japanese quartz or Japanese automatic Finish: any strap or bracelet, your dial text and your caseback engraving Advanced Build, USD 1,000 Your watch moves to Advanced when it has any one of these. Titanium, 18k gold or 950 platinum case Gem-set bezel, diamond indices or any stones Mother of pearl, skeleton or guilloche dial Moonphase or tourbillon aperture Add-ons for special builds Gold and platinum builds add a 925 silver sample casting for USD 350. We cast your prototype case in silver from the same model, so you approve the shape and finish before any gold or platinum is cast. Tourbillon builds add the tourbillon movement for USD 450. The design studio adds these to your booking for you. What you get Concept renders: two design directions, front, side and caseback Revisions: two rounds on the renders before we draw the tech pack Watch tech pack: case drawing with dimensions, dial artwork, hand and index spec, crystal and caseback spec, movement callout and full BOM Prototype: one wearable piece. Gold and platinum builds get the 925 silver sample casting first, so no gold, platinum or natural stone is committed before you approve. Final price: an itemised price for your piece or your production run, sent with the prototype Timeline Tech pack in 7 to 10 working days after your booking. Prototype in 25 to 35 days after you approve the tech pack. How the credit works Bespoke commission: the full booking fee comes off the price of your piece. Numbered edition: the full booking fee comes off your edition. Brand production: the full booking fee comes off your first order of 300 pieces or more. Not in the fee Gold, platinum and natural stones for your final piece. We quote these after you approve the prototype. Courier for the prototype is billed at cost. Refunds You get a full refund until we send your first concept renders. Once the renders reach you, the fee is non-refundable. Your files Drawings, renders, dial artwork and the BOM belong to you.
