This orthotic device consists of two pieces, anterior and posterior, made of plastazote with thermoplastic rigid reinforcements and side closures using Velcro. It supports the occipital and menton areas and rests on the shoulders, sternum, and spine. It allows for tracheostomy and X-rays without removal.
