This coffee is grown at 1,500 masl in Mozonte, Nicaragua, by Luis Alberto Balladarez. It is a 100% Paraiso variety, processed washed, and has notes of fruit punch, unrefined sugar, and dark chocolate.
- The Paraiso variety is highly resistant to the Coffee Leaf Rust Disease.
