Free Barbell Assessment
If you’re going to train with barbells, you should know how to use them safely and effectively. That’s exactly what the Atlas Strength Shop Barbell Assessment is for. During this free 1-hour session, one of our coaches will walk you through the four foundational barbell movements: Squat Bench Press Deadlift Overhead Press We’ll take you just heavy enough to identify any issues with technique, positioning, or movement patterns — and then we’ll immediately start fixing them. This session is designed to help you build a strong foundation so you can train with confidence and without unnecessary risk. The assessment is valuable whether you are: Completely new to lifting Looking to improve your technique Transitioning from a commercial gym Preparing for strength sports like powerlifting or strongman Interested in working with one of our coaches For those interested in 1-on-1 personal training, the barbell assessment is also the first step before beginning coaching.
