Candle Making: Pour & Create - 29 May 2026
Discover the art and science of candle making in this fun, beginner-friendly, hands-on class designed to build real confidence. This experience is created to help you understand not just how to make a candle, but why each step matters, so you leave feeling comfortable and capable of continuing on your own. We’ll start with the foundations, including an overview of wax types, how fragrance works in candles, wick selection, and essential safety practices. Then it’s time to create. You’ll measure, mix, and pour your very own candle from start to finish. During class, you’ll create a custom-scented candle using Maker’s Haven’s fragrance library. You’ll have the opportunity to explore and choose a scent that fits your style. Your candle will be poured during class and will need time to set before use, but you’ll leave with everything you need to enjoy it at home. This class is designed to give you practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the confidence to keep creating candles long after class is over. Note: Your candle needs time to fully set before it’s ready. Pickup will be available the next day once it’s set.
