Matured in premium American and European oak, enriched by first-fill Pedro Ximenez and Cream Sherry casks, before evolving for a further two years in rare Palo Cortado casks. A true reflection of the entire Callington Mill maturation philosophy, distilled into one exceptional whisky. On the nose, dried apricots and prunes wrapped in old oak and fruit-cake spice, with a touch of freshly cracked almond. The palate is oily and weighty — walnuts, green almond and unripe stone fruits, evoking the scent of antique wooden cabinets. The finish is long, gently drying, and quietly unforgettable.
