As featured in The New York Times, New York Magazine, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Condé Nast Traveler, The Today Show, LitHub, and more, this book explores 24 head-to-head cooking tests to help you find the best method for your own taste. From there, Ella shares 100+ recipes built on smart, minimalist techniques that maximize flavor, plus creative ideas to inspire your own kitchen experiments. We’ll also be back at our favorite spot since day one, Solid State Books! This is where Cookbook Courtyard first began over two years ago, so it always feels a little like home!
