Candle & Perfume Making Experience

BYOB & Selfie Center- For Extra Fun! NO CORKING FEE The Black Luxe Candle and Perfume Making Experience is dual creation workshop that includes a seat and all the supplies for one person to make a candle and perfume of your very own. During the class you will choose your favorite fragrances and vessel, then measure, mix, and pour your very own candle and perfume in an instructor-led class. Introductory Price: $100 Duration: Classes will last about 2-3 hour. During the second half of the class, the candle will take about 60 minutes to set enough to take home. After the completion of your perfumes, participants can explore the gallery of art, take photos in our Selfie Center, and shop our retail section for 20% off discounts! Or grab a drink and a bite from one of our neighbors. If you don’t want to wait for your candle to dry we will hold it for 30 days. Cancellation/ Late Policy: We understand that parking and traffic can be a challenge, so please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time. In order to give our customers the best experience possible and ensure our classes run smoothly, we will not be able to accept late attendees who are more than 10 minutes late. Policy Guests are eligible for full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours (two days) in advance of their scheduled reservation. If you do not show up for your class or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled class, no refund will be issued. If a guest needs to cancel within 48 hours of their scheduled class, full refunds will not be offered. Rescheduling a reservation is also possible with 48 hours advanced notice. What to do while you wait: Our candles take 45+ minutes to set. In that time, you will be able to enjoy yourself within the space admiring the art and taking memorable photos of your own in our vibrant Selfie Center. You may also explore what the Wicker Park/Bucktown neighborhoods have to offer! Age Requirements: Participants must be 10 years of age or older with a parent's signature if under 18. We do not allow children under 10 to participate in our classes due to the handling and pouring of hot wax and the mixing of fragrance oils. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the workshop area. Allergies: Please exercise caution when choosing to participate in a dual creation class if you have any specific allergies or fragrance sensitivities. Location Wicker Park 1252 N.
