Ingredients: 1.5 lbs Credence Farms ground beef 2 tbsp olive oil or butter 1 onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 carrots, chopped 3 celery stalks, chopped 3 potatoes, diced 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (optional) 4 cups beef broth 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried rosemary 1 bay leaf ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste) 1 cup peas (optional, added at the end) Instructions: Sauté the Beef & Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
