Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Sachets 10's are a maximum-strength, hot-drink remedy designed to quickly relieve symptoms like fever, headache, body aches, sore throat, and nasal congestion. They combine Paracetamol (pain relief/fever reduction) and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (nasal decongestant) How to Use Directions: Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug, fill with hot water, and stir well. Add sugar or honey to taste if needed. Dosage: Adults and children over 16 can take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours, as required.
