Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant White 295ml is a high-performance, 4-hour fire-rated acrylic sealant designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through internal joints and service penetrations. Expanding to over 150% of its original size when exposed to temperatures above 125°C, it forms a protective insulating char while also providing reliable acoustic sealing and long-term flexibility.
