Pork Schnitzel Piccata w/Mashed Potatoes and Rainbow Cabbage & Apple Slaw

This is a delicious Pork meal your whole family will love. Pork loin is thinly sliced, tenderized, lightly breaded and pan-fried to perfection. It is served with our lemony Piccata Sauce, buttery Mashed Potatoes and a crunchy and sweet Cabbage and Apple Slaw. Size & Packaging Size: Small (2 servings) A Small contains 4 pork cutlets (approx. 10 oz pork), 1 pint mashed potatoes, 1 cup piccata sauce, 1 pint slaw and 2 floz tangy honey-mustard dressing. It is a suitable serving for two. Packaged in a compostable container and plastic. Ingredients Ingredients, Pork Schnitzel: Pork loin, Panko breadcrumb (wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, salt), egg, Wheat Montana flour, light olive oil, and WN salt seasoning (sugar, white, salt, cayenne, sweet paprika, powdered garlic, ground black pepper). Ingredients, Piccata Sauce: White wine, lemon juice, chicken stock, butter, capers, shallots, garlic, milk, arrowroot starch, s&p. Ingredients, Mashed Potatoes: Potatoes, butter milk, s&p. Ingredients, Apple-Cabbage Slaw: Green cabbage, red cabbage & apple. Ingredients, Slaw Dressing: Apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, extra virgin olive oil, light olive oil, s&p.
