Two Stacks Pillars of Creation 2026 celebrates the marrying of exceptional single malt and single pot still whiskies from two of Ireland’s new wave distilleries – Blackwater Distillery from Co. Waterford and Lough Gill Distillery in Co. Sligo. This one of a kind vuntage blend is finished in a cream sherry but from Jerez resulting in result a layered, expressive and modern Irish whiskey. Rich pot still spice in palate lead on to fruit notes such as caramelised apple and dates along with hints of ginger and leather with a well balanced sweet and savoury finish. A limited edition release of just 350 bottles.
