Spray one or two times into the back of the mouth every 1-2 hours. Herbalist Tips Use this spray at the first sign of throat symptoms - either on its own or with one of our immune support syrups, especially a Vitamin C syrup. Try and spray directly to the affected area and wait for at least 15 minutes before eating or drinking. This will give the product an opportunity to work. This Throat Spray can also be used as a daily immune support product - especially for those that dislike supplements in the form of pills, tablets or liquids.
