Elderflower Cider
A celebration of the Island in spring. Made with apples from Mill Bay and wild foraged elderflower from Port Hardy. Light and delicate with just a hint of sweetness. Tastes like white grapes, lychee, pear, fresh grass and honey. Wild fermented, unfiltered and minimal sulfites added. Some sediment is normal.
