Big Sur - Alaska del Sur Washed Sidra - Loja, Ecuador - 100g

Big Sur is one of my personal favorite roasters I've worked with. They're based out of Shanghai and are a really great ultralight roaster. I loved all the coffees I had from my previous order, and they were one of the best regarded roasters I've released. Roast Profile: ultralight. They roast on a Loring and have a really unique profile for Loring roasts. Their coffees tend to be very fruit forward and are less delicate than some UL roasters I've brought on. Why did we bring this coffee on? Sidra is a varietal that I don't always love, but I have been wowed by a few. Big Sur told me that this is the most limited lot from Alaska del Sur and that they only get it because they're personal friends with Curt. While I don't always gravitate towards Sidras, this one is very unique, and is probably my favorite Sidra I've tried so far. Tasting notes: Jujube, dark berry, plum candy, molasses,
