Into the Red 2025 - Mas Foulaquier

👨🏼‍🌾 Red Wine made by Pierre Jéquier & Blandine Chauchat (Mas Foulaquier).A light, handcrafted red: short maceration of Grenache from Foulaquier and old Carignan from Les Tonillières, aged in concrete tanks to maintain a delicate character. The nose opens with rose and dried flowers, followed by thyme and garrigue. On the palate, it's delicate but not thin: crisp fruit, fine spices, tiny tannins, with a saline and perfumed finish. Wine with no additives, very low sulfites.
