Pasture raised Free Range Quick Frozen Pork Irish Breakfast Sausages (pork, onion, thyme, quick frozen, un-aged, additive free, gluten free )

This is a pure sausage with no additives or preservatives made using a traditional Irish pork sausage recipe. It is produced from minced free range Tamworth pork shoulder, mixed with gluten free maize and rice flour rusk, herbs, onions, salt and pepper. Because it contains no preservatives we freeze it when we manufacture it to preserve it. It should be stored frozen, and cooked within 12 hours of thawing. These sausages have been made with un-aged pork which was butchered and frozen within 3 days of slaughter in order to minimise histamine development.
