Lark Devil's Storm Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky

Lark Devil's Storm No. 183 is a bold, brooding Tasmanian single malt from the Lark Signature Collection. Aged in first-fill vintage Seppeltsfield Port and Sherry casks — some over a century old — alongside Australian PX, Apera Sherry and Muscadelle casks, then finished in American oak. Rich aromas of stewed plums, wildflower honey, scorched orange and roasted pecans give way to dark chocolate, caramel fondant and charred peaches on the palate. The finish lingers with old oak, burnt maple syrup and sticky toffee pudding. Gold Medal, 2025 World Whiskies Awards.
