Our Special Reserve range is produced from larger, two-year-old Mangalitsa pigs that have developed a truly luxurious abundance of fat. Initially cured for one month, Special Reserve Air-dried Meats are then hung for up to 18 months to slowly air dry. This lengthy process creates a truly remarkable depth of flavour, accentuated by incredible layers of creamy monounsaturated fat. 2 x 100 grams sliced Special Reserve (Ham, Coppa, Spalla or Lomo-type, depending on availability) Use by 21 days Ingredients: pork, herbs, spices, pepper, sugar, sodium nitrate & sodium nitrite. *Wheat, Dairy & Gluten Free
