Approximately 500 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom Tall Utah celery seeds (Apium graveolens) per packet. Produces high yields. Stalks grow up to 30 inches. Strong heart formation and roots help the celery stay upright and. Great for salads and fresh eating. Will bolt in weather that's too cold. Grows in zones 3-12. Plant indoors 0.125 in deep 8-10 weeks before last frost. Soak seeds overnight to help germination. Germination takes 10-21 days. Keep soil moist. Transplant outdoors when soil temp stays above 50F. Harden to cold. Place in full sun to partial shade. Cover to protect from cold air temps below 55F. Space 8 in apart. Add compost to soil. Plant with cauliflower. 110 days to maturity.
