MELT + MIX: Confetti Cakes is URBAN PETALS in satin wax paste and paint—Tickled coral warmth, Deep Indigo shadow, Transformative Teal patina, and Electric Fuchsia bloom energy, punched with a golden-amber glow and a little metallic shimmer. Confetti Wax Cakes are a pigment-rich, multicolored wax color tool poured in a 2 oz stainless steel tin. This is a new formulation: a satin wax paste with pigment blended in. Not a plain medium. Not a hard wax bar. A hybrid of both. Soft enough to lift cold with a palette knife, mix, and spread straight onto canvas. The tin can also be warmed to melt and then brush a pigment-rich layer of color. Each tin starts with a single base color, then gets topped with a confetti of wax fragments, metallic flakes, micro glitter, and pigment bits — the gorgeous wax flakes from the URBAN PETALS pour. That messy in-between stage where the leftovers are already the start of your next color story. These cakes carry that same palette: coral-pink, indigo, teal, slate blue, electric fuchsia, deep plum, golden amber, near-black. Deep midnight blue-plum at the top bleeds into warm mauve, then metallic bright fuchsia and dusty rose with a shimmer through the mids, coral, peach, and a warm golden ochre at the bottom that catches the light differently every time. Each collection is handcrafted in my studio in very limited edition small batches. Colors are mixed by hand, and each tile is one-of-a-kind.
